للوزير المختص ولكل ذى مصلحة أن يطلب من المحكمة العمالية المختصة الحكم بحل
مجلس إدارة المنظمة النقابية فى أى من الحالات الآتية :
١ - مخالفة مجلس الإدارة لأحكام هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية ، بعد إنذاره
بإزالتها خلال مدة لا تقل عن خمسة عشر يوما دون أن ينفذ المجلس ما طلب منه .
٢ - ارتكاب مجلس الإدارة مخالفات مالية أو إدارية جسيمة .
وينشر ملخص الحكم الصادر بحل مجلس الإدارة فى الوقائع المصرية خلال خمسة
عشر يوما من تاريخ صدوره .
