Article 76 of the Trade Union Organisations Law

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ألف جنيه ، ولا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه ، كل من
خالف الحظر المنصوص عليه فى البند رقم (٤) من المادة (٥٤) من هذا القانون .
ويحكم بمصادرة أى أموال أو أشياء تحصلت عن ذلك .
وتضاعف العقوبة فى حالة العود .

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائة ألف جنيه ولا تزيد
على مائتى ألف جنيه ، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من خالف الحظر المنصوص عليه
فى البند رقم (٤) من المادة (٥٤) من هذا القانون ، ويحكم بمصادرة أى أموال أو أشياء
تحصلت عن ذلك ، وتضاعف العقوبة فى حالة العود .
