يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ألف جنيه
ولا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه ، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل صاحب عمل أو مدير
مسئول امتنع عن تنفيذ حكم نهائى ببطلان القرار الصادر بالمخالفة لأحكام المادة رقم (٥٢)
من هذا القانون .
