يجب على الجهات المختصة بالرقابة على المنظمات النقابية العمالية إبلاغ الجهات
القضائية المختصة فور اكتشاف أية مخالفة تشكل جريمة فى تطبيق أحكام قانون العقوبات
أو أى قانون آخر . وفى هذه الحالة يوقف العضو المخالف عن مباشرة نشاطه النقابى
اعتبارا من تاريخ الإبلاغ ، ويستمر هذا الإيقاف حتى تقرر جهات التحقيق المختصة عدم
إقامة الدعوى أو صدور حكم ببراءة العضو مما نسب إليه .
