يجب على صاحب العمل ، أو من يمثله ، تمكين الأعضاء النقابيين من القيام بالأنشطة
النقابية العمالية ، وعلى الأخص الآتى :
( أ ) الاتصال بالعمال وعقد الاجتماعات معهم ، بما لا يؤثر على سير العمل بالمنشأة .
(ب) إجراء الانتخابات النقابية فى موقع العمل بما لا يؤثر على سير العمل بالمنشأة .
(ج) الحصول على المعلومات الصحيحة اللازمة للمفاوضة الجماعية لدى طلبها
وفقا لأحكام قانون العمل .
