يجب إخطار العضو المفصول بالقرار الصادر بفصله من المنظمة النقابية وأسبابه بكتاب
موصى عليه مصحوبا بعلم الوصول خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ صدوره، ويجوز للعضو
المفصول الطعن على هذا القرار أمام المحكمة العمالية المختصة، وذلك خلال الثلاثين يوما
التالية لتاريخ إخطاره بالقرار .
