يجوز للعضو الذى انتهت عضويته لأحد الأسباب الواردة فى البنود من (أ) إلى (د)
من المادة رقم (٢٥) أن يطلب إعادة قيده إذا كان مستوفيا لشروط العضوية النقابية ،
وذلك طبقا للقواعد والشروط والإجراءات التى تحددها لائحة النظام الأساسى
للمنظمة النقابية .
ويجوز للعضو الذى رفض طلب إعادة قيده الطعن على هذا القرار أمام المحكمة
العمالية المختصة، وذلك خلال الثلاثين يوما التالية لتاريخ إخطاره بالقرار .
