يكون وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة الخارجية هو الوزير المختص فى تطبيق أحكام القانون المرافق، ويصدر اللائحة الداخلية للاتحاد بناء على اقتراح لجنة إدارة الاتحاد فى موعد أقصاه ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون.
