يختص الاتحاد بالفصل بطريق التحكيم فى أوجه الخلافات التى تنشأ بين مصدرى الأقطان والمشترين حول صنف القطن أو رتبته أو شروط العقد, ويكون التحكيم على درجتين ابتدائية واستئنافية, وذلك وفقا للإجراءات والشروط ومقابل المصروفات المبينة باللائحة الداخلية للاتحاد.
