كل تعامل ببيع أقطان إلى الخارج يجب أن يتم وفقا لنموذج عقد ينص فيه على خضوع المتعاملين للوائح الاتحاد وأن يتم التحكيم بالاسكندرية وأن كل المستفيدين من تنفيذ العقد يعتبرون قابلين لقضاء المحاكم المصرية.
ويجب أن تتضمن هذه النماذج الشروط الخاصة بالتحكيم بواسطة الاتحاد طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون واللائحة الداخلية.
