يرأس اجتماع الجمعية رئيس لجنة الإدارة، وفى حالة غيابه يحل محله الوكيل الأول ثم الوكيل الثانى, وعند غيابهما يرأس الاجتماع أكبر الأعضاء الحاضرين سنا.
وتبين اللائحة الداخلية الإجراءات والأوضاع التى تتبع فى مناقشات الجمعية العمومية وتدوين محاضرها واعتمادها وقيدها فى السجلات والدفاتر التى تعد لهذا الغرض.
