يدعو رئيس مكتب المحافظة مجلس التأديب إلى الاجتماع فى موعد غايته أسبوعين من تاريخ صدور قرار المكتب أو طلب مندوب الحكومة إحالة الشكوى إلى مجلس التأديب.
وتصدر قرارات المجلس بالأغلبية المطلقة لعدد الأصوات، وعند تساوى الآراء يرجح الجانب الذى منه الرئيس.
وتكون دعوة أعضاء المجلس وإعلان كافة الأوراق بواسطة سكرتارية مكتب المحافظة وذلك بكتب موصى عليها مصحوبة بعلم الوصول.
