تتكون الموارد المالية للجنة العامة من:
أولا: اشتراكات سنوية تحصل من كل تاجر مقيد تحدد قيمتها ومواعيد سدادها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون، ويقوم مكتب اللجنة بكل محافظة بتحصيل هذه الاشتراكات فى منطقته وتؤول كلها إلى اللجنة العامة.
ثانيا: ما قد تخصصه لها الدولة أو الأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة أو الخاصة من مبالغ أخرى بشرط موافقة الوزير المختص.
