يشكل المكتب التنفيذى للجنة العامة من خمسة أعضاء على النحو التالى:
- رئيس اللجنة العامة ونائبيه.
- عضو عن كل من التجار والمنتجين تنتخبهم اللجنة العامة من بين أعضائها.
ويختص المكتب التنفيذى بمتابعة العمل والنظر فى الحالات العاجلة وإعداد تقرير بشأنها للعرض على اللجنة العامة، وما ترى اللجنة العامة تفويضه به.
