على كل من يرغب فى ترشيح نفسه لعضوية اللجنة العامة من الطائفتين الأولى والثانية أن يقدم طلبا إلى رئيس اللجنة العامة قبل التاريخ المحدد لانعقاد الجمعية العمومية السنوية بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل وتعلن قائمة المرشحين فى لوحة بمقر اللجنة قبل تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية العمومية بأسبوع على الأقل.
