تكون دعوة الجمعية العمومية للاجتماع باخطار الاعضاء وباعلان ينشر فى جريدة يومية فى يومين متتاليين وذلك قبل التاريخ المحدد لانعقاد الجلسة بخمسة أيام على الأقل.
وبجب أن يتضمن إعلان الدعوة إلى الاجتماع بيانا تفصيليا عن جدول الاعمال.
