يكون للقوات المسلحة موازنة مستقلة تدرج رقما واحدا في الموازنة العامة للدولة .
وعند مناقشة مجلس الدفاع الوطني موازنة القوات المسلحة يضم إلى المجلس
كل من رئيس هيئة الشئون المالية للقوات المسلحة ، ورئيسي لجنتي الخطة والموازنة ،
والدفاع والأمن القومي بمجلس النواب ، ويكون لهم صوت معدود .
