يعقد مجلس الإدارة بدعوة من رئيسه ستة اجتماعات على الأقل كل سنة ويجوز عند الاقتضاء اجتماع المجلس بناء على طلب ثلث عدد أعضائه، ولا تكون اجتماعات المجلس صحيحة إلا بحضور أغلبية الأعضاء بما فيهم رئيس المجلس وتصدر القرارات بأغلبية أصوات الأعضاء الحاضرين على الأقل، وعند تساوى الأصوات يرجح الجانب الذى منه الرئيس.
