Article 59 of the Physiotherapy Syndicate Law

إذا حصل من أسقطت عضويته أو أوقف عن مزاولة المهنة على أدلة جديدة تثبت براءته جاز له، بعد موافقة مجلس النقابة أن يطعن فى القرار الصادر ضده، بطريق إلتماس إعادة النظر أمام هيئة التأديب الاستئنافية، فإذا رفض طلبه، جاز له تجديده بعد مضى سنة، بشرط أن يقدم أدلة غير الأدلة السابق تقديمها.
