لمن صدر القرار ضده، ولمجلس النقابة بناء على طلب لجنة التحقيق أن يستأنف القرار أمام هيئة التأديب الاستئنافية خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ إعلان القرار إلى المتهم إذا كان حضوريا أو من تاريخ إنتهاء ميعاد المعارضة إذا كان غيابيا.
