يعلن الممارس والأخصائى بالحضور أمام هيئتى التأديب بكتاب مسجل بعلم الوصول قبل تاريخ الجلسة بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل ويوضح هذا الكتاب ميعاد الجلسة ومكانها وملخص التهمة أو التهم المنسوبة إليه.
