تستأنف قرارات هيئة التأديب الابتدائية، أمام هيئة تأديب استئنافية تتكون من إحدى دوائر محكمة استئناف القاهرة وعضوين يختار مجلس النقابة أحدهما من بين اعضائه ويختار ثانيهما الممارس أو الأخصائى المحال إلى المحاكمة التأديبية من بين الأخصائيين، فإذا لم يعمل الممارس أو الأخصائى حقه فى الاختيار خلال أسبوع من تاريخ إعلانه بالجلسة المحددة لمحاكمته أختار المجلس العضو الثانى.
