إذا انقضى ميعاد الطعن فى القرار بعد إعلانه، دون أن يطعن فيه الخصم أمام المحكمة، عرض القرار على رئيس المحكمة الابتدائية أو الجزئية المختص ليأمر بوضع صيغة التنفيذ عليه ويحصل قلم كتاب المحكمة رسما عليه بواقع اثنين فى المائة من المبالغ المقدرة فى طلب التنفيذ.
ولا تكون أوامر التقدير نافذة المفعول إلا بعد إنتهاء ميعاد التظلم أو بعد الفصل فيه.
