لا يجوز لعضو النقابة اتخاذ إجراءات قضائية ضد عضو آخر بسبب يتعلق بالمهنة قبل الحصول على إذن كتابى بذلك من مجلس النقابة أو من النقيب فى حالة الاستعجال.
فإذا لم يصدر الإذن خلال شهر من تاريخ تقديم طلبه كان له اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
