يجوز بقرار من مجلس النقابة إنشاء نقابات فرعية بالمحافظات وفقا للقواعد التى يحددها النظام الداخلى للنقابة وتكون ملتزمة بأهداف النقابة العامة فى نطاق اختصاصها.
