إذا خلا مركز النقيب لأى سبب حل محله الوكيل الأكبر سنا إلى أن ينتخب نقيب جديد فى أول اجتماع تال للجمعية العمومية، وذلك خلال مدة لا تجاوز سنة وإذا خلا مركز أحد أعضاء مجلس النقابة لأى سبب يحل محله للمدة المتبقية الحائز على أكبر عدد من الأصوات.
