مدة النقيب والأعضاء خمس سنوات ولا يجوز انتخاب أى منهم لأكثر من مرتين متتاليتين.
وينتخب مجلس النقابة من بين أعضائه وكيلين وسكرتيرا (أمينا) عاما للنقابة وأمينا عاما للصندوق وأمينا مساعدا لكل منهما ويكونون مع النقيب هيئة مكتب النقابة.
