تلتزم المصلحة في تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون بنظام إدارة المخاطر الذي تضعه ويتمثل في جميع الإجراءات التي تمكنها من الحصول على المعلومات المسبقة واللازمة لتحديد الأخطار لمعالجة تحركات البضائع استيراد أو تصديرا أو عبورا لتحديد الإجراءات الجمركية واجبة الاتباع ، وذلك وفق الشروط والأوضاع التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
