مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد ينص عليها أي قانون آخر ، تسري أحكام الفقرات الثانية والثالثة والرابعة والخامسة والسادسة والسابعة من المادة ( ٧٨ ) من هذا القانون على كل من استرد أو شرع في الاسترداد بطريق الغش أو التزوير الضريبة الجمركية أو الضرائب الأخرى أو المبالغ المدفوعة لحسابها أو الضمانات المقدمة عنها كلها أو بعضها ، ويكون التعويض معادلا مثلي المبلغ موضوع الجريمة .
