ترد الضريبة الجمركية السابق تحصيلها عند تصدير البضائع والمواد المحلية إذا أعيد استيرادها بحالتها من الخارج أو سحبها من منطقة حرة أو منطقة اقتصادية ذات طبيعة خاصة ، وذلك بالشروط والأوضاع التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
