للوزير وضع نظام أو أكثر لإثابة العاملين بالمصلحة فى ضوء معدلات أدائهم وحجم ومستوى إنجازهم فى العمل وذلك دون التقيد بأى نظام وبعد العرض على رئيس مجلس الوزراء ، ويجوز بقرار من الوزير دعم صناديق الرعاية الاجتماعية والصحية الخاصة بموظفى المصلحة وأسرهم ومن أحيل أو يحال منهم إلى التقاعد بنسبة لا تجاوز (١٠٪) من حصيلة الغرامات والتعويضات الواردة بالمادة (٨٢) من هذا القانون .
