يعمل بأحكام القانون المرافق فى شأن إجراءات ربط وتحصيل الضريبة على
الدخل ، والضريبة على القيمة المضافة ، ورسم تنمية الموارد المالية للدولة ، وضريبة
الدمغة ، وأى ضريبة ذات طبيعة مماثلة أو تتفق فى جوهرها مع هذه الفرائض المالية
أو تحل محلها ، وذلك فيما لم يرد فى شأنه نص خاص فى القانون المنظم لكل منها ،
وفيما لا يتعارض مع أحكامه .
