Article 72 of the Unified Tax Procedures Law

يعاقب على مخالفة حكم المادة (٢٠) من هذا القانون بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة ولا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على مائتين وخمسين ألف جنيه ، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين .
