Article 70 of the Unified Tax Procedures Law

يعاقب على عدم تقديم الإقرار الضريبى المنصوص عليه فى المادة (٣١) من هذا القانون لمدة تتجاوز ستين يوما من تاريخ انتهاء المواعيد المحددة لتقديمه بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف جنيه ولا تجاوز مائتى ألف جنيه .
وتضاعف العقوبة المنصوص عليها فى الفقرة الأولى من هذه المادة فى حالة تكرار الجريمة خلال ثلاث سنوات .
