يلتزم الممول أو المكلف بالإخطار بأى تغييرات تحدث على البيانات السابق
تقديمها عند التسجيل وفقا للمادة (٢٥) من هذا القانون وذلك خلال ثلاثين يوما
من تاريخ حدوث هذا التغيير ، ويقع عبء الإخطار فى حالة وفاة الممول أو المكلف
على ورثته خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ الوفاة .
