Article 24 of the Unified Tax Procedures Law

لا يجوز لموظف المصلحة الذى انتهت خدمته لأى سبب من الأسباب أن
يحضر أو يشارك أو يترافع أو يمثل أيا من الممولين أو المكلفين ، سواء كان ذلك
بنفسه أو عن طريق وكيل له فى أى من الملفات الضريبية التى سبق له الاشتراك فى
فحصها أو مراجعتها أو اتخاذ أى إجراء من إجراءات ربط الضريبة فيها ، وذلك
خلال خمس سنوات من تاريخ انتهاء خدمته .
