Article 21 of the Unified Tax Procedures Law

يحظر على موظف المصلحة القيام أو المشاركة فى أى إجراءات ضريبية
تخص أى شخص فى الحالات الآتية :
( أ ) وجود صلة قرابة حتى الدرجة الرابعة بينه وبين ذلك الشخص .
(ب) وجود مصلحة أو علاقات مادية بينه وبين الشخص الذى يخصه الإجراء
أو أحد أقربائه حتى الدرجة الثالثة .
(ج) إذا قرر الرئيس المباشر عدم قيام الموظف بأى إجراءات ضريبية تخص
ذلك الشخص لوجود أى حالة من حالات تضارب المصالح .
