تشكل بقرار من وزير الثقافة بناء على اقتراح اللجنة العليا ، لجان لفحص ومراجعة وتقييم الأعمال ، يشار إليها فى هذا القانون بلجان الفحص ، ولإبداء الرأى فى هذه الأعمال قبل العرض على اللجنة العليا .
ويحدد وزير الثقافة بناء على اقتراح اللجنة العليا الشروط الواجب توافرها فى أعضاء لجان الفحص ، والمعاملة المالية لهم .
