يكون الحد الأدنى لمعاش المؤمن عليه الذي يستحق اعتبارا من ١/٧/١٩٩٤ في حالة
بلوغ سن الشيخوخة والعجز الكامل والوفاة وفقا لأحكام القانون رقم ١٠٨ لسنة ١٩٧٦
والقانون رقم ٥٠ لسنة ١٩٧٨ المشار إليهما خمسة وثلاثين جنيها شهريا شاملا جميع
الزيادات .
وتتحمل الخزانة العامة بالفرق بين هذا الحد وبين المعاش المستحق وفقا للقانونين المشار
إليهما .
