يصدر رئيس الجمهورية قرارا بتحديد الوزير المختص فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون. وعليه أن يقدم الى مجلس الوزراء تقارير دورية وفقا لما تحدده اللائحة التنفيذية عن نتائج أعمال الشركات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون.
