Issuing article 7 of the Public Business Sector Companies Law

لا يجوز حرمان الشركات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون من أية مزايا أو تحميلها بأية أعباء تخل بالمساواة بينها وبين شركات المساهمة الخاضعة لأحكام القانون رقم 159 لسنة 1981 المشار اليه التى تعمل فى ذات النشاط، ويلغى البند (1) من المادة السادسة من القانون رقم 66 لسنة 1971 بانشاء هيئة عامة باسم "بنك ناصر الاجتماعى" كما تلغى عبارة "وفى حدود الموازنة النقدية السارية" الواردة فى الفقرة الأولى من المادة (1) من القانون رقم 118 لسنة 1975 فى شأن الاستيراد والتصدير.
