تعتبر أموال الشركات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون فى حكم الأموال العامة، كما يعد القائمون على ادارتها والعاملون فيها فى حكم الموظفين العموميين وذلك فى تطبيق أحكام البابين الثالث والرابع من الكتاب الثانى من قانون العقوبات.
