يجوز عزل رئيس وأعضاء مجلس ادارة الشركة كلهم أو بعضهم أثناء مدة العضوية بقرار مسبب من الجمعية العامة وذلك طبقا للاجراءات المنصوص عليها فى المادة 29 من هذا القانون اذا كان من شأن استمرارهم الاضرار بمصلحة الشركة.
كما لا يجوز تجديد تعيين رئيس وأعضاء مجلس ادارة الشركة اذا لم تحقق الشركة الأهداف المحددة لها خلال مدة العضوية.
