لا يجوز أن يكون رئيسا أو عضوا بمجلس ادارة الشركة من حكم عليه بعقوبة جناية، أو بعقوبة مقيدة للحرية فى جريمة مخلة بالشرف أو الأمانة أو تفالس أو بعقوبة من العقوبات المنصوص عليها فى المواد 49 و50 و51 من هذا القانون.
