يراعى فى وضع اللوائح المنظمة لشئون العاملين ما يأتى:-
أولا - أن يكون لكل شركة هيكل تنظيمى وجدول للوظائف بما يتفق مع طبيعة أنشطة الشركة وأهدافها.
ثانيا - التزام نظام الأجور بالحد الأدنى المقرر قانونا.
ثالثا - ربط الأجر ونظام الحوافز والبدلات والمكافآت وسائر التعويضات والمزايا المالية للعاملين فى ضوء ما تحققه الشركة من انتاج أو رقم أعمال وما تحققه من أرباح.
