تتولى تقدير صافى أصول الشركات فى حالات الاندماج والتقسيم اللجنة المنصوص عليها فى المادة (19) من هذا القانون، ويجب أن تعتمد قرارات اللجنة بالنسبة للشركات القابضة من الوزير المختص، وبالنسبة للشركات التابعة من الجمعية العامة للشركة المندمجة والشركة المندمج فيها أو الشركة المقسمة بحسب الأحوال.
