تكون أسهم الشركة قابلة للتداول فور إصدارها ، ويكون تداول أو نقل ملكية
أسهم الشركات الخاضعة لهذا القانون بمراعاة أحكام هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية
والقواعد المطبقة بالبورصات المصرية .
ويجوز تداول حصص التأسيس والأسهم التى تعطى مقابل حصة عينية والأسهم التى يكتتب فيها مؤسسو الشركة من تاريخ قيدها فى السجل التجارى.

تكون أسهم الشركة قابلة للتداول طبقا للأحكام المبينة فى اللائحة العامة لبورصات الأوراق المالية الصادرة بالقانون رقم 161 لسنة 1957 وقانون شركات المساهمة وشركات التوصية بالأسهم والشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة الصادر بالقانون رقم 159 لسنة 1981.
ويجوز تداول حصص التأسيس والأسهم التى تعطى مقابل حصة عينية والأسهم التى يكتتب فيها مؤسسو الشركة من تاريخ قيدها فى السجل التجارى.
