تعفى أموال الصندوق والتسهيلات الائتمانية الممنوحة له من جميع أنواع الضرائب
والرسوم فى حدود الغرض الذى أنشئ من أجله .
وتعتبر التبرعات المدفوعة إلى الصندوق من التكاليف واجبة الخصم طبقا لأحكام
قانون الضريبة على الدخل الصادر بالقانون رقم ٩١ لسنة ٢٠٠٥
