تعفى الهيئة من الضرائب والرسوم الآتية :
( ١ ) الضرائب الجمركية وغيرها من الضرائب والرسوم بالنسبة للآلات والأجهزة والمعدات والمواد التى تستوردها الهيئة واللازمة لمشروعاتها .
( ٢ ) رسم الصادر على البترول الخام والمنتجات البترولية المملوكة للهيئة .
( ٣ ) رسم الدمغة المفروض على المبالغ التى تصرفها الهيئة نظير مساهمتها فى رؤوس أموال الشركات وعلى القروض التى تقرضها وعلى ما تدفعه ثمنا لشراء أوراق مالية .
