إلى أن تصدر اللوائح المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون يستمر العمل بأحكام القانون رقم ٦١ لسنة ١٩٧١ بإصدار نظام العاملين بالقطاع العام والنظم واللوائح والقرارات التى كان معمولا بها فى المؤسسة المصرية العامة للبترول .
